Rent Collection
-We will collect and distribute rent in a quick and timely fashion each month to ensure you are never left waiting around for checks or deposits arrive. Deposits can be customized to be delivered in just about any manner you desire to best suit your needs.
3 Day Notice
-Tenants who fall short of the expectations of their lease can become subject to a 3 day notice, giving them 3 days to comply or face eviction from the property. We will service this notice and set a clear communication standard for the next steps in the process.
Evictions
-While not ideal, sometimes a tenant must be evicted from a property due to a failure of all other efforts to enforce the lease. We will handle the eviction process in full, including representing the homeowner in court if need be.
Lawn Service Management
-Let us help you keep your property looking great with our lawn care services. We can either work with your existing lawn service or create a package of our own to add to your management services. Services include mowing, weeding, landscaping, winterization and more.
Repair Coordination
-One of the most common frustrations self managing homeowners must deal with are repair issues at their properties. ASAM can not only coordinate with service providers and our teams of contractors but can personally gauge and oftentimes avoid those calls altogether with site visits.
